Join us for a Indoor Triathlon Experience!
This event is designed to get you pumped about Triathlon. For new and experienced athletes both, athletes will swim, bike and run at their own pace INDOORS
Here's how the event breaks down:
- 10 minute pool swim in lanes
- 15 minute transition to bike (walk to the running track upstairs and set up a spin bike)
- 30 minute spin
- 5 minute transition to run (get ready to run on the track)
- 20 minute run
Volunteers will be helping count laps and providing assistance.
Cost: The event is FREE.
