Building from the Try-A-Tri in October, this event will further develop your transition skills and love of triathlon.
08:30 - 9:00 - Head up to the spin pocket and set up your spin bike and spin-to-run transition. You can bring your bike and trainer or use one of the NLTC spin bikes. Don't forget water and a towel too. Then head down to the pool change room and get ready to swim!
09:00 - Swim 750 m (15 lengths at 50 m). Then dry off and change into your bike clothes and head over to the Shell Place Field House. Spin for 20 km (or choose a time if you don't have a distance estimator). Finally, run 5 km in the field house.
